Judith Ann Bundy

Judith Ann Bundy, 77, of Metamora, IL passed away at 7:00 am on Monday, August 7, 2017 at Snyder Village in Metamora. She was born on January 29, 1940 in Princeville, IL to Harold Otis and Mae Esther (Long) DeLap. She married Thomas Leroy Bundy on November 21, 1959 in Metamora. He passed away in 1993.

Surviving are her children Karen Bundy, Diane (Victor) Hull, and Paula (Leon) Klein all of Metamora, and Gary (Christina) Bundy of Germantown Hills; twelve grandchildren; one great-grandson; daughter-in-law Terri (Brian) Kleen of Metamora; three brothers William (Charlene) DeLap, Gerald (Marion) DeLap, and Milton (Paulette) DeLap all of Metamora; and three sisters Marilyn Fuchs of Washington, and Jeanette Washburn and Evelyn DeLap both of Metamora. She was preceded in death by her parents, son Thomas E. Bundy in 1990, grandson Peyton Bundy, and brother Ronald DeLap.

Judy enjoyed camping and taking vacations out West and watching NASCAR races. She enjoyed babysitting all of her nieces and nephews and taking care of and looking after them. She loved cooking. She was very proud of her children and grandchildren's accomplishments.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm on Thursday, August 10, 2017 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel with Reverend Bob DeBolt officiating. Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until the time of her service at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Metamora.
