Joanne L. Forquer, 83, of East Peoria passed away peacefully at her home on July 12, 2022.  She was born in Peoria, IL on February 12, 1939, to Wayne and Anna (Simms) Sisk.

Joanne leaves behind two children, Jeffrey (Susan) of Creve Coeur and Angie (Randy) of East Peoria. She is also survived by her brothers Robert (Rowdy) of Sweet, ID, Samuel (Becky) of Dunlap, IL; one sister Shirley of Walnut IL; 6 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Joanne was a Transport Clerk at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria retiring in 2005. Joanne enjoyed spending her time at home watching the Price is Right and Family Feud.  She was also an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Per Joanne's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded. A time to celebrate her life will be Saturday, July 23, 2022, from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm at the VFW Post 2078, 1507 Meadows Ave. in East Peoria.
