Jeff Hunt

Ronald Waters, who was known as Jeff Hunt, 62, of Peoria, IL passed away at 3:34 pm on Friday, October 23, 2015 at Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria. He was born on October 11, 1953 in Peoria, IL to Betty Waters. He was raised by his mother and step-father, Dean Hunt. Surviving are his brother, Larry (Cindy) Hunt of Peoria; niece Jessica (Aaron) Heintz; and nephew Eric (Stephanie) McCloud. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Steven Plumley and David Waters. Jeff worked at Avanti's for 35 years as a baker. He was an avid Mets baseball fan and Buffalo Bills football fan. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Avanti's, 8517 North Knoxville Street, Peoria. Cremation rites have been accorded.
