Janice Camp

Janice S. Camp, 76, of Peoria formerly of Washington passed away at 4:02pm, Friday, September 14, 2018 at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home.

She was born on October 12, 1941 in White Oak, TN the daughter of Henry and Beulah King Mazingo.

Jan was a graduate of Woodruff High School in Peoria, class of 1959. She met her soul mate and best friend for life, Bob, their sophomore year and they married on September 25, 1959 in Havana, IL.

Surviving are her husband, two sons Daniel (Cynthia) Camp of West Dundee, IL and Michael Camp of Peoria.  Also surviving are three grandchildren Chelsea, Aaron and Matthew along with one sister Dorothy "Jeanie" (Tom) Hunt of Washington, IL.  She was preceded in death by her parents and one infant brother.
