Jack D. Crotty, 85, of Morton, IL passed away at 11:36 PM on Friday, December 16, 2022, at OSF Richard L. Owens Hospice Home in Peoria, IL.

He was born on September 14, 1937 in Peoria the son of Edward and Mabel Anderson Crotty. He married Jill M. Grace on June 9, 1973 in Peoria.

Surviving are his wife, four children, Kimberly (Brian) Lauber of Conifer, CO; Tamara (Kenneth) Lane of Morton, IL; Kerry (Kathy) Baker of Galena, OH; and Chad (Marissa) Crotty of Evergreen, CO. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. His parents, two brothers and one sister preceded him in death.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A graveside service is scheduled for 11:00 am on Saturday, April 29, 2023 at the chapel of Swan Lake Memory Gardens in Peoria with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation. Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
