Iris F. Pisel

Iris F. Pisel, 66, of Washington, IL passed away at 9:56 pm on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She was born in Peoria, IL on November 10, 1949 the daughter of Cletus and Anna Opal Rockett. She married Dale Pisel on August 11, 1990 in Washington and he passed away on March 3, 2010. Also preceding her in death were two infant brothers and two brothers. Surviving are her children Deanna Mallinson of Morton, IL, Jeannett (Mike) Hunter of Casleton, IL and Brian (Katie McGrath) Morgan of Washington, IL. Also surviving are seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, one brother Dennis Rockett of Peoria, one sister Barbara (Jerry) Wright of Morton, one half- sister Susan Bentley of Barstow, CA, and one half-brother Robert Rockett of Mill Shoals, IL. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will be one hour prior to her service at the funeral home. Burial will be at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in rural Morton. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to Illinois Cancer Care or to the American Diabetes Association.
