Hailee Adeline Kline

Hailee Adeline Kline, infant daughter of Zachariah W. and Ashley N. (Nauman) Kline, was born at 8:32 am and passed away at 11:15 am on Friday, April 30, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.

Surviving are her parents, Zach and Ashley Kline of Metamora; sister, Charlotte Kline at home; maternal grandparents, Gary and Carolyn Nauman of Metamora; paternal grandmother, Beth Kline of Washburn, IL; and many aunts and uncles. She was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Les Kline.

Cremation rites have been accorded. A private family service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the OSF Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), 530 NE Glen Oak Avenue, Peoria, IL 61637. Online condolences at masonfuneralhomes.com.
