Gloria J. Berlett

WASHINGTON-Gloria J. Berlett, 90, of Washington passed away Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at the Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka.

She was born on June 21, 1927 in Brooklyn, NY the daughter Andrew and Christina Behrens Esposito. She married James H. Berlett on December 29, 1945 in New York City and he passed away in 1977. One infant brother also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons Kurt (Connie) Berlett of Washington, IL and James A. (Kathy) Berlett of Yorba Linda, CA. Also surviving are three grandchildren James H. (Jen) Berlett, Raymond (Brigette) Berlett and Megan (Todd) Crescio and four great grandchildren Hunter, Charlotte, Aria, and Mason. Further surviving is one sister Shirley (Gilbert) Wilson of Eureka, IL.

Gloria worked for Don's Pharmacy in Washington for 30 years retiring in 1987. She was a member and faithfully attended Washington Christian Church. The family would also like thank Dr. Christopher Hughes and the staff of Apostolic Christian Home of Eureka for their compassion and care given to Gloria.

Funeral Services will be 11:00am, Monday, March 19, 2018, at Washington Christian Church. Pastor Jeff Browning will officiate. Visitation will be Monday from 10:00 am until her time of service also at the church. Burial will be in Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
