Glenn A. Ball 94

He was born May 10, 1916 in Peoria to George L. and Harriett (Armstrong) Ball. He married Harriett Schroder June 29, 1939 in Peoria. She died July 25, 1994. Glenn then married Erline Wernle March 25, 1995 in Metamora. She survives. Surviving is one son David (Judy) Ball of Fort Wayne IN, two daughters Irene (Dale) Stout of E. Peoria, and Elaine (Tom) Banta of Colorado Springs CO; 6 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren. Glenn is also survived by 3 step children, 5 step grandchildren, and 4 step great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 2 sisters. Glenn worked in research and design in the patent office at Caterpillar retiring after 32 years. Glenn was a 60 year member of Grandview Masonic Lodge #1112, he was also a member of Scottish Rite Bodies Valley of Peoria, Mohammed Shrine, York Rite Templar, and Eastern Star. He was a life long member of Glen Oak Christian Church in Peoria. Funeral services will be at 12:00pm Friday July 16, 2010 at the Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel. Reverends Randy Williams and Gary Salm officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home with burial to follow at Swan Lake Memory Gardens.
