Gary R. Knoll

Gary R. Knoll age 62 of Eureka, Illinois formerly of Low Point, Illinois passed away at 4:35pm Thursday Sept. 19, 2013 at Maple Lawn Health Care Center in Eureka. He was born on July 28, 1951 in Peoria to Lloyd and Beverly (Raney) Knoll. Surviving are two brothers, John Knoll of Michigan City, Indiana, Larry Knoll of Washburn and one sister Vernice Iunker of Washburn. Three nieces, Audrey (Mike) Haney of Mackinaw, Kim (Jim) Wegstein of Washburn, Raney (Greg) Clark of LaPorte, Indiana and nephew John (Marty) Lynch of Farmington, Missouri. Also surviving are three great nieces, six great nephews, one great great nephew and a aunt Roma Hartter Belsly of Metamora. He was preceded in death by his parents and a great nephew. Member of Oak Grove Church of the Brethren in rural Low Point and was a Bradley Braves fan. He enjoyed baseball especially the St. Louis Cardinals. A Memorial service will be at 11:00am Saturday Sept. 28, 2013 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel with Rev. Darryl Stonier officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am until service time at the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded with burial of ashes at Oakwood Cemetery in Metamora.
