Gail A. Brown, 74, of Germantown Hills, IL, passed away at 9:00 pm on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at her residence.

She was born on February 27, 1951, in Akron, OH, to Horace "Smith" and Betty J. (Relic) Todd.  She married Charles L. "Charlie" Brown on August 14, 1971, in Barberton, OH.

Surviving is her husband, Charlie of Germantown Hills; daughter, Emma Brown of Germantown Hills; son, David (Destinee) Brown of Chillicothe, IL; grandchildren, Jayden Perez, Lilyanna Brown, Madyson Brown, and Adalyn Brown; granddaughter Madison Brown of Morton, IL; mother, Betty Todd of Barberton, OH; and brothers, Gary (Chris) Todd of Owasso, OK and Greg (Marcia) Todd of Alliance, OH.  She was preceded in death by her father.

Gail earned her Master's Degree in School Psychology from Illinois State University. She worked as a school psychologist serving SEAPCO, Chillicothe (IVC) and Pekin High School.  She was a member of Willow Hill United Methodist Church in Germantown Hills.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 6, 2025, at Willow Hill United Methodist Church with Pastor Nicole Cox officiating.  Visitation will be held at 9:30 AM before the Service at the church.  Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Metamora.  In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Memorial Fund at Willow Hill United Methodist Church, 304 East Far Hills Drive, East Peoria, IL 61611.  Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
