Florence I. Noe

Florence I. Noe, 95, of Metamora, IL passed away on Saturday, June 27, 2015 at Snyder Village where she was a resident since 1990. She was born on June 8, 1920 in El Paso, IL to Ben H. and Lena (Funk) Martin. She married Vincent J. Noe on May 18, 1946 in Peoria, IL. He died on May 21, 1990. They had three children, Stephen Noe of Surprise, AZ, Mark Noe of Montoursville, PA and Holly, now deceased. Also surviving are four grandchildren Brett, Reid, Barbara, and Karl; five great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Sister Betty Yergler of Morton, IL, and brother Lyle Martin of Roanoke, IL also survive. She was preceded in death by two sisters. Florence was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, Metamora, Altar and Rosary Society, the American Legion Auxiliary, and the Metamora Women's Club. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2015 at 10:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Metamora with Father Gregory Jozefiak officiating with visitation one hour prior to services at the church. Burial will be held at St. Mary?s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Snyder Village. Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
