Evelyn Ann Whittington

Evelyn Ann Whittington, 90, of Metamora, IL passed away at 6:01 pm on Saturday, March 17, 2018 at Select Post Acute Care in Eureka, IL. She was born on July 19, 1927 in Metamora, IL to William F. and Ida L. (Noel) Rohman. She married Donald E. Whittington on June 7, 1947 in Metamora, IL. He passed away on June 27, 1997.

Surviving are children Stanley (Sara) Whittington of Montana, Nancy Whittington of Eureka, and Donna Whittington of Metamora; two grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and one sister.

Evelyn was a homemaker and a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in Metamora, IL.

Cremation rites have been accorded. Graveside services will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, March 26, 2018 at St. Mary's Cemetery in Metamora, IL with Father Vien Van Do officiating.
