Ethan C. Warren, 20, of Normal, IL, formerly of Washington, IL, passed away unexpectedly, at his residence, on Monday, April 1, 2024. He was born on January 7, 2004, in Peoria, the son of Seth Warren and Melissa Bandeko.

Surviving are his father, Seth (Silvia) Warren of Washington; his mother, Melissa (Brian) Bandeko of New Orleans, LA; brother, Elijah Warren; half-brother, Emrys Warren; and half-sisters, Ember Warren, and, Brinley Bandeko. Further surviving are his paternal grandmother, Kristy (Will) Fiedler and paternal grandfather, Charles Warren, both of Washington; maternal grandmother and maternal grandfather, Tina (Brian) Scobee of Wyoming, IL; and his fiancé, Mason McNierney.

A proud 2022 graduate of Washington Community High School, Ethan carried the spirit of his alma mater, embodying community values and dedication in every aspect of his life. His friends remember him not just for his work ethic, but also for the warmth and kindness he extended to everyone he met. He was an inspiration of authenticity, living his life with a full heart and an unwavering commitment to being true to himself.

A lover of hip-hop music, he had an ear for the latest beats and an appreciation for up-and-coming artists. His leisure time was often spent in video games, where he found excitement and solace. Ethan's sense of style was reflected in his unique collection of fashion pieces, each representing his journey.

Ethan's had a great passion for cooking.  His culinary creations were a testament to his adventurous spirit and desire to share joy through food.

His other true love was for animals, especially cats. He adored them with every fiber of his being, which is why the family requests in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Ethan's memory to Tazewell Animal Protective Society (TAPS).

To say Ethan was loved is an understatement. His presence was a gift to all who knew him, and his memory will be treasured as a reminder of the beauty of a life lived with love, laughter, and selflessness. Ethan's legacy is one of love, and it is this love that will continue to light the way for those he has left behind.

A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 5 pm Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at Connect Church in Washington.  Visitation will be from 3 pm until 5 pm also at the church. Cremation will follow his celebration of life service. Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington is assisting the family with arrangements.
