Elizabeth "Betty" Clark

Elizabeth "Betty" Clark passed away Friday, November 5, 2021, at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL.

On June 22, 1931, she was born in Wyanet, IL, the daughter of Robert and Vivian Thompson. She married Dorland F. Clark on November 26, 1953, in Depue, IL.

They lived in Marquette Heights, IL, before moving to a farm in Washburn, IL. After traveling around the country in their 5th wheel trailer, they retired to Creve Coeur, IL.

Surviving are two children Donna of Cape Girardeau, MO, and Daniel of Creve Coeur, IL. Her husband preceded her in death.

Betty graduated from St. Francis School of Nursing in 1953. She worked in the nursing field throughout her life.  Betty was an avid reader and active member of So Many Books, So Little Time Book Club. She was also a member of the Red Hat Society. Most of all, Betty loved animals.

Cremation rites have been accorded. On Friday, December 3, 2021, a time to celebrate her life will be from 10:00 am until 11:00 am at Mason Funeral Home in Germantown Hills.
