Elaine Correll

Elaine Correll, 91, of Washington, IL formerly of Wautoma, WI, passed away peacefully in her sleep at the Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka on Thursday, April 19, 2018.

She was the mother of Brenda [Darrel] Ainsworth of Washington, IL and Bonnie (Dale) Zirkle of New Mexico. She is the grandmother of Dari [John] Zaiser and Dane [Audrey] Ainsworth, and great grandmother to Anson, Paxton and Hawkins Zaiser along with, Knox, and Sage Ainswroth.

Elaine was lovingly known as 'Granny' to all who knew here especially her grandkids and friends. She loved attending their games and events.

In 2012, Elaine moved from her home in Wautoma, Wisconsin to Moehle Living Center in Washington. She enjoyed her new home, the excellent care they provided and being near her family. She lived there until she was no longer able. The past couple years she has been a resident of the Apostolic Christian Home in Eureka where she received the best possible care anyone could ask for until her very last breath.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a memorial service will be held 10:00am, Friday, July 20, 2018, at Leikeness Funeral Home in Wautoma, WI. Memorials may be made to a trust fund established in Elaine's name for St Jude, at Heartland Bank in Washington or to the Apostolic Christian Home, 610 Cruger Ave Eureka, Illinois 61530.
