Ernestine Jane Foster, 78, of Lowpoint, IL passed away at 5:00 am on Friday, September 24, 2021 at Washington Senior Living in Washington, IL.

She was born on March 21, 1943 in Cimarron, KS to Earnest P. and Ina (Hayes) Hewes. She married Paul M. Foster on April 29, 1962 in Washington, IL. He passed away on May 26, 2017.

Jane worked as an administrative secretary at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. She attended Washington Christian Church in Washington, IL and Washburn Christian Church in Washburn, IL.
