Donna G. Mcintyre

Donna G. McIntyre, 84, of Washington, IL, peacefully passed away at 11:05 AM on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the Loft of East Peoria.

Born on July 7, 1940, in Jacksonville, IL, she was the beloved daughter of Allan and Gertrude Wilson Fairfield. On July 8, 1983, she celebrated her marriage to David McIntyre in Eureka, a partnership filled with love and devotion.

Donna leaves behind her loving husband and cherished children: Sherry (Leo) Sullivan and Steve (Shirley) Lynn, all of Washington; David (Kimma) McIntyre and Katherine (Bert) Erdmann, both of Kewanee, IL. She also adores her 12 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Her sister, Norma Fortado, of Jacksonville, mourns her loss as well. Preceding her in death were her parents, one son, Allan Lynn, as well as two brothers and two sisters.

For 25 years, Donna dedicated herself to the Washington Christian Village, making a positive impact on countless lives before retiring in 1995.
