Diana Kay Gore, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 31, 2025, at the age of 65. Born on November 5, 1959, in Peoria, IL the daughter of Alonzo and Delores Suttle Miller.
Surviving are three children Jimmy (Penni) Gore, Shannon Gore and Brandon (Crystal) Gore, and her mother Delores Miller. She was a doting grandmother to Shawn, Jourden, Joel, Kendra, Bristen, Kailynn, and Brady, and she had the joy of being a great-grandmother to Jameson, Willow, Hudson, and Cora. She also leaves behind her brother Ron Miller, her sister-in-laws Tammi Miller, Pat Lykens and multiple nieces, nephews, and extended family members who were always grateful for her warm heart and endless kindness. She was preceded in death by her father Gene and two brothers, Rich and Robin Miller. As the proud owner of Gore-Jus Cleaning, Diana took pride in her work, bringing joy and cleanliness to countless homes over the years. Her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication were evident in everything she did, and her hard work provided for her family and allowed her to create lasting memories. Cremation rites have been accorded. Please join the family in celebrating the life of Diane, on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 5:30 pm until 9:30 pm at the VFW Post 9016 in Washington. Celebrate a woman whose presence brought warmth, laughter, and love to all who knew her. Diane lived a full and meaningful life surrounded by an abundance of family and friends who adored her deeply. She gave so much of herself as the daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, friend, and confidant, and her legacy lives on in the countless lives she touched. This gathering will be a time to share memories, reflect on the joy she brought into our lives, and honor the strength, kindness, and grace that defined her journey let us come together not in the sorrow but in gratitude for the time we had for the love we received and for the lasting impact of a truly remarkable woman.
