Diana Smock

Diana L. Smock, 55, of 1310 W. Walnut, passed away peacefully in her home on August 26, 2017 at 5:18 am.

Diana was preceded in death by her mother Florence M. Smock (Brown), father Delmer E. Smock Sr., and brother Delmer E. Smock Jr.

Diana is survived by her life partner Joseph A. McCrary of Bloomington, IL, daughter Staci M. (Jason) Burger of Metamora, IL, son Adam J. (Angela) McCrary of Normal, IL, and sisters Dorothy Kopaskey of Bloomington, IL, Debra Smock of Bloomington, IL, Karen Peasley of Clinton, IL, and Shirley Rust of Bloomington, IL. Also, grandchildren Logan, Payton, Kaiden, Maddison, Nolan, Nora, and Lily.

Diana was born at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Bloomington, IL on October 23, 1961. She attended Bloomington public schools and worked for Advocate BroMenn for over 31 years. Diana was completely dedicated to her family. She enjoyed shopping and cooking, more for the benefit of her loved ones than herself. She was loved by all who knew her. She was known for her strength, determination, and her ever giving heart.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, August 30, 2017, and will begin at 5:00 p.m. with a service directly following at 7:00 p.m. Both visitation and service will be located at Mason-White Funeral Home 20 Valley Forge Rd, Washington, IL 61571.
