Diana S. Lenover, 65, of Washington passed away at 5:15pm, Sunday September 10, 2017 at Unity Point Health-Proctor.

She was born on October 22, 1951 in Peoria, daughter of Richard and Nona McElderly Johnson . She married Clifford Lenover on April 8, 1988 in Washington.

Surviving are her husband of Washington; four grandsons Mikel, Tylor, Zachary, and Matthew. Along with four great grandchildren Catherine, Nathaniel, Lucas and Abigail. Also surviving are one brother Richard Johnson of Pekin; two sisters Nancy (Anthony Ranallo) Strouse of LaRose, IL and Shirley Strouse of Peoria, IL. One daughter Michelle Reed and her parents preceded her in death.

She worked for Caterpillar Tractor Co. for several years last working as a key punch operator. Family and friends were important to her and she loved spending time with them all.

Cremation Rites have been accorded. A memorial service is scheduled for 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 14, 2017 at St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Washington. Pastor Dick Hanson will officiate. Visitation will be from 9:30 until 10:45 a.m. also at the church. Inurnment will follow her service at Glendale Cemetery in Washington. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to American Kidney Foundation or to a charity of the donor's choice.
