He was born on July 6, 1942 the son of John and Ruth Tesch Pisel. He married Iris Rockett on Aug 11, 1990 in Washington. She survives. Surviving is one son John of Chillicothe and one daughter Tabitha (Randy) Bohannon of Moline, IL. He is further survived by his mother as well as three step children Deanna Mallinson of Morton, IL Jeannett Sinclair and Brian Morgan both of Washington and 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. A US Army Vietnam Veteran, he worked for Napa Auto parts in the distribution Center. He was a lifetime member of DAV Chapter 1 in Peoria. Services are scheduled for 10am Saturday March 6th, 2010 at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington. Visitation will be one-hour prior to his services. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in rural Morton.
