Connie L. Voight

Connie L. Voight, 60, of East Peoria, Illinois passed away at 2:20 am on Friday, January 30, 2015 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center. She was born on June 2, 1954 in Peoria to James and Jackie (Huck) Guiliani. She married Sam F. Voight on February 13, 1976 in Peoria. He survives. Also surviving are one brother Jim Guiliani of Peoria; half-sister-in-law Linda Reed of California; brother?in-law Gale (Cheryl) Voight of East Peoria; two sisters-in-law Cheryl (Jim) Kiefer of North Port, Florida and Barb (Chuck) Kaiser of McNeal, Arizona; and many nieces and nephews. Connie worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Salvation Army for 25 years. She was a world traveler and loved to shop. She was a Patron of the Fine Arts. She was a certified scuba diver and ran the Chicago Marathon. She enjoyed weightlifting and bicycling. She had an infectious laugh. Cremation rites have been accorded. No services will be held.
