Charlotte Kay Smith

Charlotte Kay Smith, 61, of Metamora, IL passed away on Sunday, December 9, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

Charlotte was born on May 20, 1957 in Peoria to Donald and Myrtle Lee (Faucon) Schupp, both of which preceded her in death.  She married Tracy Smith on February 14, 1986.  He survives.

Also surviving are two children, Lisa (Nathan) Church of Polk City, Iowa, and Kevin (Katie) Crone of Peoria; two grandchildren Noah and Abigail Church; one brother; two sisters; and many loving nieces, nephews, in-laws, and extended family.

Charlotte loved spending time with her husband Tracy and the two of them traveled to many Iowa Hawkeye games together as loyal fans.  She was dearly devoted to her children and grandchildren, and will be greatly missed by all.
