Cathryn E. Hostetler, 89, of Roanoke, IL passed away at 2:15 am on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Unity Point Health-Methodist in Peoria.  She was born on May 11, 1929 to John E. and Amanda S. (Kennell) Hostetler in rural Roanoke.

Surviving are her two sisters and one brother Lorene Hostetler, Marilyn Hostetler and Ervin (Barbara) Hostetler all of Roanoke; brother-in-law Jake Christner of Roanoke; and two nieces and four nephews.  She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters.

Cathryn was a member of Linn Amish Mennonite Church in Roanoke.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Linn Amish Mennonite Church in Roanoke with church ministers officiating.  Visitation will be held from 4:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel.  Burial will be in Roanoke Mennonite Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to the Apostolic Christian Home of Roanoke, 1102 West Randolph Street, Roanoke, IL 61561.  Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
