Brian Keith Knoblauch, 52, of Spring Bay, IL, passed away at 11:20 pm on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at his residence.

He was born on July 22, 1970, in Peoria, IL, to Donald D. and Jayne C. (Clark) Knoblauch. He married Kandy J. Wolf on July 22, 2000 in Bayview Gardens, IL.

Surviving are his wife, Kandy of Spring Bay; father, Donald of Metamora; sisters-in-law, Lori Knoblauch of Metamora and Cathy Knoblauch of Palatine, IL; fourteen nieces and nephews; eight great-nieces and great-nephews; in-laws, Mike and Kathy Wolf of Bayview Gardens; and sister-in-law, Micke Craft of Bayview Gardens.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Jayne and his seven siblings, Karl, Myra, Ruth, Roger, Bennett, Victor, and Clare.

Brian was a computer programmer. He loved going to Busch Stadium to see the Cardinals play and loved watching them play on TV. Brian loved Jeopardy, crossword puzzles done in pen, any type of trivia, Euchre, and especially Pinochle.  He also loved movies, telling jokes, watching game shows, and reruns of Blue Blood in the evenings after they were recorded that afternoon. He got to where he liked to cook.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 23, 2023 at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel with Reverend Gary Salm officiating. Visitation will be held from 12:00 noon until service time, also at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Metamora.
