Bonny Sue Emory, 63, of Washington, passed away at 1:24 a.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2020, at Washington Senior Living in Washington, IL.

Cremation rites have been accorded and private family service will be held at a later date.

Bonny was born on August 25, 1956, in Peoria, IL to William and Erma (Whited) Musgrave. She attended Washington Community High School. Bonny married Michael Emory on December 22, 1976. He died March 29, 1997. She worked as a cashier and bank teller for many years.

Bonny is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, and three brothers, Larry, Jim and Jerry.

Bonny is survived by three daughters, Shonda (Jai) Windish, Diana (Derrick) Anderson, and Kristina Tillman. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, Kaitlynn Cuevas, Ashley (Jordan) Broadstone, Kayla McKinney, Shana (Tyler) Bennett, Joshua Anderson, Cassidy Canham, Cole Tillman, and her beloved Chihuahua, Sonna.

The family would like to thank the staff at Washington Senior Living and VITAS Healthcare and Hospice for making Mom's last few months peaceful and comfortable.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to TAPS No-Kill Animal Shelter in her name.
