Betty (Bannister) Welch

Betty Joyce (Bannister) Welch, 82, of Peoria, passed away on Friday, March 3, 2023 in Peoria. Betty was born on January 22, 1941, to the late Theodore and Myrtle Brown Bannister in Memphis, TN.

She graduated from Woodruff High School in Peoria in 1958. Betty married Donald Eugene Welch on June 30, 1957.

She is survived by her husband, Donald, of Peoria, two children, Kevin Welch of Sanford, FL, and Vicki (Keith) Donnell of Rockford, IL, two grandchildren, Jayson (Liz) Donnell of Plainfield, IL and Kayla Donnell of Rockford, IL.

At her request, cremation has been accorded. A time to celebrate her life will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023, at Mason-White Funeral Home in Washington. Memorials in her name may be given to a charity of the donor's choice.
