Barbara J. Woosley

Barbara J. Woosley age 67 of Metamora, Illinois passed away at 3:34pm Friday Nov. 18, 2011 at her residence surrounded by her family and friend, Kimber. She was born June 16, 1944 in Peoria, IL to Dean E. and Betty (Caudill) Woosley. Barbara is survived by her brother Floyd (Kim) Woosley of Melbourne, FL., her sisters, Deb (Steve) Hezlep of Metamora, and Donna (the late Carl) Dickson of Columbiaville, MI., her nieces and nephews, David, Anna, Michele, Katie, Jason, and Kyle and 4 great nephews and 5 great nieces. She was preceded in death by her parents, grandparents, 3 brothers and 2 nephews. Barb had worked at Illinois Bell as a system analyst. She loved music of any kind and her family meant the world to her. Her wonderful sense of humor will be missed by anyone who knew her. A Memorial service will be 2:00pm Tuesday Nov. 22, 2011 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel with Rev. Chuck Wilcox officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to services. Cremation rites have been accorded with burial of ashes at Parkview Cemetery in Peoria at a later date. Memorials may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society and American Cancer Society.
