Barbara Laverne Reinholz

Barbara LaVerne Reinholtz age 87 of Metamora, Illinois passed away at 6:36pm Monday Oct. 28, 2013 at her daughter?s residence in Peoria. She was born Nov. 14, 1925 in Peoria to Ivan W. and Frances B. (Fisher) Wiggington. She married Vernon H. Reinholtz on Dec. 24, 1943 in Peoria and he died on May 21, 2010. Surviving is one daughter Frances E. ( the late Richard C.) Schofield of Peoria; two grandchildren Julie Schofield of Chillicothe, and David Schofield of Peoria; great grandchildren Lindsay Manley, Joshua Manley, Austen Manley and one brother Richard (Barbara) Wigginton of Georgia. She was preceded in death by a grandson James Schofield. Barbara enjoyed the Coffee Crew at McDonalds and eating at the Flame Restaurant both in Metamora. She loved to bake and go camping and was of the Christian Faith. Funeral services will be at 11:00am Friday Nov. 1, 2013 at Mason Funeral Home Metamora Chapel with Rev. Gary Salm officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00am until service time. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memory Gardens. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Hospice Compassus 2000 W.
