Alice M.. (Trobaugh) Griffin

Alice M. Griffin, 95, of Washington, passed away on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at Lacon Rehab and Nursing. Alice was born in Clinton, IL on June 15, 1929, a daughter of Walter and Lavena (Campbell) Trobaugh. She married Willis Griffin on February 18, 1951, in Washington. He preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her siblings, Robert Trobaugh and Mary Trobaugh. She is survived by her daughter, Lora (Larry) Murphy of Washington; grandson, Christopher (Melinda) Murphy of Bella Vista, AR; and great grandson, Kyle Murphy. Alice was a teacher at Central Primary School in Washington. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Washington. A funeral service is scheduled for 11 am on Saturday, November 9, 2024, at Mason White Funeral Home.  Visitation will be one-hour prior to her service.  Burial will be at Glendale Cemetery in Washington.
