Vicki L. Chase, 65, of Washington passed away Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at Unity Point Health Methodist, Peoria, IL.

Vicki was born on October 23, 1952 in Canandaigua, NY the daughter of Robert and Doris Van Damme Chase.

Surviving are one daughter Laura (Ty) Wilkey of Washington, IL and one son Steven (Carrie Minahan) Crannel of Lee, MA. Also surviving are six grandchildren, one great granddaughter, two brothers Robert (Shann) Chase Jr. of Newark, NY and Sydney (Julie) Chase of Myrtle Beach, SC. Her parents and one son Michael Crannell preceded her in death.
