Sharon Woods

She was born on November 25, 1944 in Peoria, the daughter of Clarence and Eleanor Haley Call. She married Frederick C. Clore in 1961 he passed away in 1987. She later married Eugene L. Woods in 1995. He passed away in 2004. She was also preceded in death by 2 infant brothers and one son-n-law Mike DeMent. Surviving are her four daughters Dawn DeMent of Dayton, TX; Lisa (Bryan) Byles of Maple Valley, WA; Shelly Clore of Henry, IL and Wendy (John) Louis of Putnam, IL. One step son Eugene (Lorie) Woods of Crystal Lake, IL and two step-daughters Shannon (Robert) Innes of VA; and Holly (Ken) Osburn of CT. She is further survived by 13 grandchildren as well as 5 brothers Clarence (Patricia) Call of Metamora, Dale (Phyllis) Call Sr. of Chillicothe, Harry (Ginny) Call of East Peoria,Roy (Cam) Call of Bay View Gardens, Randy (DeAnna) Call of Germantown Hills and one sister Betty (Jim) Shuda of Washington She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Washington. She was a foster parent for many years opening her home to many children. She volunteered for meals on wheels. She was an avid camper and was a member of the Red Cardinal Rollers camping club. Services will be 10am Wednesday Oct 6th at her church 2206 W. Washington Rd in Washington with the Pstr. John Rothfusz officiating. Visitation will be from 5pm until 8pm Tuesday Oct 5th at Mason Funeral Home Germantown Hills Chapel. Further visitation will be one-half hour prior to her service. Burial will be in Henry Cemetery. Memorials may be given in her name to the Spring Bay Ambulance and Fire Department or to her church.
