Patricia Ann Fritz

Patricia A. Fritz, 78, of Washington passed away at 2:49pm, Sunday, November 4, 2018 at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria.

She was born on August 11, 1940 in Lidgerwood, ND the daughter of Robert and Isabelle Brenna Miller.  She married Gary Lucas on July 23, 1960.  She later married Dale A. Fritz on April 21, 1979 in Washington and he passed away on December 14, 2013. Her parents and one step granddaughter Ashley Dallas also preceded her in death.

Surviving are one daughter Deborah Lucas, two sons Geoff (Sherrie) Lucas and Mike (Samantha) Lucas all of Washington.  Also surviving are two step daughters Kay (Tim) Curley of Congerville, IL and Brenda (Benny) Dallas of Osage Beach, MO.  Further surviving are 12 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren; two brothers Robert (Vicki) Miller of Washington, IL and Greg (Marlene) Miller of Carmel, IN along with one sister Sandra Hawkins of Plainfield, IN. 

She was a 1958 graduate of Washington Community High School.  Pat then attended Browns Business College in Peoria and later worked for Bank Plus in Washington.  She was an avid Chicago Cubs Fan and enjoyed water aerobics at Five-Points, traveling after her retirement, playing cards with friends, spending time with her church friends at Our Savior Lutheran, and cherished her time with her family especially her grandchildren.

She was a member of Our Savior Lutheran Church in Washington where services will be held, 11:00am Thursday November 8, 2018. Pastor Tom Heren will officiate.  Visitation will be Wednesday, November 7th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm at Mason-White Funeral Home.  Additional visitation will be one-hour prior to her service at the church. Cremation rites will be accorded after the funeral and inurnment will take place at Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Morton at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, memorials in her name may be given to Our Savior Lutheran Church. To share a memory or send a condolence for her family, visit www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
