Laura Lee Garber

Laura Lee Garber, 64, of Rock Island, IL passed away at 4:30 am on Friday, November 23, 2018 at Generations at Rock Island where she had resided for many years.  She was born on May 12, 1954 in Peoria, IL to Gordon C. and Barbara (Jeneson) Garber.

Surviving are her mother Barbara Garber of East Peoria and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.  She was preceded in death by her father Gordon Garber, sister Leanne Garber, brother Gordon Craig Garber, and grandparents Charles and Katherine Garber and Kirby and Vivian Jeneson.

Laura attended PARC and had resided at Rock Island ARC for many years.  Her family thanks the staff and hospice staff at Generations for the loving care given her through these past weeks and through the years.

Cremations rites have been accorded.  A Celebration and Burial of Ashes will be held at a later date in Spring Bay Cemetery in Spring Bay.  In lieu of flowers memorials may be given to Generations at Rock Island, 2545 24th Street, Rock Island, IL 61201.  Online condolences at www.masonfuneralhomes.com.
