Dear Mike, Just want to say a special thank you for your services.  You made everything pretty easy for us under
the circumstances, and we all appreciate it.  Everything - visitation and funeral - were a wonderful tribute to
Dad and went very smoothly.  After all he had been through the last few weeks and all the weight he
